Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

✔ Each magnet is custom-made based on the photos you provide.

✔ We encourage customers to double-check their images for quality before placing an order.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we are happy to replace it. To request a replacement:

✔ Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

✔ Send clear photos of the damaged item, along with your order number to our WhatsApp or email.

✔ Once we verify the issue, we will arrange a free replacement.

🛑 Note: Minor color variations or slight differences in print alignment are normal due to the printing process and are not considered defects.
