โœ” Lahzati is a custom photo magnet printing service. By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal right to use the images you upload.
โœ” We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates copyright laws, privacy policies, or contains inappropriate content.
โœ” Our services are available for personal use only. Commercial reproduction or resale of our products is strictly prohibited.

2. Ordering & Customization

โœ” Orders must meet the minimum quantity requirement of 6 photo magnets per order.
โœ” All images must be high quality to ensure the best printing results.
โœ” Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations can only be made within 1 hour of purchase.

3. Payment Policy

โœ” We accept payments only through secure payment gateways.
โœ” Customers can choose to pay in 4 interest-free installments using Tabby.
โœ” Orders will only be processed after full payment or first installment confirmation via Tabby.

4. Shipping & Delivery

โœ” We offer shipping within the UAE and international delivery at competitive rates.
โœ” Estimated delivery time:

  • Within the UAE: 2-4 business days
  • International Shipping: Varies based on destination
    โœ” Lahzati is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, incorrect addresses, or other courier issues.

5. Returns & Refunds

โœ” Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
โœ” If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package with photos as proof, and we will arrange a replacement.
โœ” Refunds will only be processed in cases where we are unable to fulfill your order.

6. Privacy & Security

โœ” Your personal information and images are handled with strict confidentiality.
โœ” Our team consists of all-female professionals to ensure privacy and comfort when handling your photos.
โœ” We do not share or sell any customer data to third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

โœ” All designs, logos, and content on the Lahzati website are the property of Lahzati and cannot be copied or used without permission.
โœ” Customers are responsible for ensuring they have rights to the images they upload for printing.
