LAHZATI · LEGAL INFORMATION
Terms of Service
1. Acceptance and Operator
These Terms govern your use of Lahzati services operated by International Academy of Achievement Sdn. Bhd. By using the services, you agree to these Terms. Contact: iaa@iacademyap.com.
2. Educational Nature of the Services
Lahzati provides digital educational tools, including AI-based coaching practice and feedback. Simulated clients are fictional training tools. Outputs are educational and are not medical, psychological, legal, or other regulated professional advice.
3. Accounts and Acceptable Use
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information, protecting your credentials, and activities under your account. Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful material, or submit confidential information about real clients without appropriate authority.
4. Plans, Payments and Access
Product prices, access periods, inclusions, and any renewal terms are those disclosed at checkout for the selected product. Payments may be processed by third-party providers. Access may be limited to the purchased plan and its stated duration.
5. Refunds and Consumer Rights
Refund eligibility is subject to the refund conditions disclosed for the relevant purchase and any mandatory rights under applicable consumer law. For a refund or billing question, contact iaa@iacademyap.com with your order details. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
6. AI Output and Assessments
AI responses and automated evaluations can be incomplete or inaccurate. You should independently assess outputs and must not rely on them as proof of professional competence. Assessment scores and training progress are not, by themselves, a professional licence or third-party accreditation.
7. Certificates
Certificates, where offered, document the achievement or participation described on the certificate and are subject to the published eligibility and approval rules. Unless expressly stated with verifiable evidence, a Lahzati certificate is not an ICF credential, government licence, or independent professional accreditation.
8. Intellectual Property
Platform content, branding, software, and materials are owned by their respective rights holders. You receive a limited right to use purchased services for their intended purpose; you may not redistribute or resell protected materials without permission.
9. Availability and Changes
We may maintain, improve, or modify the platform. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes that affect paid access. We may suspend accounts for serious misuse, subject to applicable law.
10. Liability and Applicable Law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee of specific learning or career outcomes. These Terms are governed by applicable Malaysian law, without limiting non-excludable consumer protections.
11. Contact and Updates
Questions about these Terms can be sent to iaa@iacademyap.com. Updated Terms will be published on this page.
