01 · Start your training
Choose a fictional client in the dashboard. You can try a trial if eligible or purchase Starter/Professional access. Use the same account email at checkout and login.
02 · Choose a practice language
Select English or Arabic before starting a new coaching scenario. You can change the virtual client reply language within an active session; earlier messages remain unchanged.
03 · Sessions, feedback and history
Conduct the conversation, then select Finish & Evaluate. Review the skills report and your practice history. An assessment consumes some of your finite training allowance.
04 · Progress and certificates
My Progress shows your completed scenarios. Academy certificates require passing separate knowledge and practice criteria; a purchase alone does not qualify you.
05 · Safety and privacy
Use fictional practice clients only. Do not input personal client information. This is training, not therapy, diagnosis or a professional coaching licence.
06 · Account and payment support
Paid passes use the existing WooCommerce secure checkout. You can review your pass in My Account and contact support by email if your payment does not activate it.
