You are the researcher; the AI is your coach. State your explanation language (Arabic or English) and final writing language. Choose Light Help, Full Meaning Help, or Model Help (a short example only when requested). Your dashboard also has English and Arabic starter-message examples.

Paste a non-confidential paragraph or describe your writing task. Answer the coach's questions and draft your own wording. Ask for a sufficiency check, then minimal corrections. Verify citations and facts independently. New chats are saved automatically in your private account by default, unless you have disabled saving. You can reopen, pin or delete conversations. Unpinned chats expire after 180 days without activity; pinned chats remain until you unpin or delete them. You may disable chat saving in Chat history & privacy, which deletes stored chats after confirmation.

New purchases: Monthly Starter includes 30 days and a limited training-unit allowance; Quarterly Professional includes 90 days and a larger limited training-unit allowance. Current units and full limits appear before purchase. Every successful AI request uses a variable portion depending on model and actual token usage, including AI assessment requests. Short exchanges typically use less than long ones. No fixed reply-count limit or daily waiting cap. The balance is NOT withdrawable cash, and the programme is NOT unlimited. Protective operating limits, remaining balance and expiry apply. Earlier reply-count orders keep their original rights. No automatic renewal.

Only submit information you are permitted to share with an AI service. Avoid sensitive patient, participant, student, or unpublished confidential research data. Your submitted text is transmitted to the Academy's AI provider for a response. Conversations are saved by default in the Academy's WordPress database for account continuity, except where saving has been switched off. Unpinned conversations expire after 180 days of inactivity; pinned chats remain until you unpin or delete them. You can turn saving off and delete stored sessions within the dashboard. Submitted writing assessments are stored separately until you delete them; you can disable saving and delete them at any time. Treat all legal, Shariah, scientific and citation suggestions as drafts requiring verification.

Choose your path in the dashboard. For each of three writing assignments, submit a baseline paragraph (minimum 80 words), practise with the coach, then submit a distinct revised draft. Five academic-writing rubric dimensions are scored from 0 to 20 for a total out of 100. Scores and drafts are retained in your personal learning record until you delete it; optional chat-history saving is separate.

A registered AI-Assessed Writing Skills Certificate is available after all three revisions score at least 70/100, the revised average reaches 75/100, and the average improvement is at least five points (or baseline average at least 85). This indicates passing an automated training assessment, not academic accreditation.

After purchase, complete an optional five-question product-orientation quiz. Score at least four out of five to unlock a verifiable Certificate of Orientation Completion. This certifies product knowledge only, not assessed academic writing competence or accreditation.

No access? Confirm that your payment was completed and you signed in using the same email address. No email? Check spam, use the WordPress password recovery page, or contact support. No response? Try again; API failures do not consume a reply when the service can confirm the failure. Reached your remaining AI usage allowance? Choose another pass. If a spending safety cap pauses service, contact support for an appropriate remedy; unsuccessful requests do not debit measured usage allowance.
